We have added a two storey side and rear extension overcoming tight local planning policies. The site deals with a large drop in elevation as well as respective neighbours right to light. Using the client’s wish for a timber cladding, the approved design will be constructed by off-site CLT panels. The rear facade features a corner glazed window seat which floats just above a contemplation pool.
