Reworking a previously unaltered 1920’s home, we aimed to reconfigure the living space which maximises natural sunlight whilst not unnecessarily adding cost to the build. The extension was designed as a phased development which will ultimately maximise the site steadily as required by the family. Our interior design brief was to sit between an industrial style and 70s kitsch with our catalyst for the material palette being the family tartan.
